You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this site, to apply to participate in an event, or to subscribe to our messaging programme.

Sperm Racing is an entertainment production. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a fertility assessment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician. Results, statistics, and biomarker figures published on this site are entertainment metrics and are not clinical measurements.

Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. We select participants at our discretion and may decline any application for any lawful reason. Participation requires signing a separate Participant Agreement, and no one competes without one.

All content on this site, including video, images, graphics, text, and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission.
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not upload anything containing malware or unlawful content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in California.
